“Choosing the ideal layout starts with mapping out your wishes. Where do you spend most of your time at home? How many family members does your family have? Tip: also think about your housing needs in the future. Do you have your wish list ready? Then we can get started with the housing layout that suits you best. All our homes have a basic layout that can be adjusted as desired. There are a few fixed parts that cannot be moved, such as the outer walls, the wall next to the stairs and several load-bearing walls. Most other parts are free to fill in; from the window frames to the stairs and from the loft to the layout and size of the bedrooms. It is even possible to build a house with its layout!”
To what extent can I personalize the layout of my home?
“The layout of a new-build home is very personal. Where one dreams of a large kitchen, the other prefers extra space in the living room. And where one wants the living room at the front of the house, the other opts for a living room with an adjoining garden at the rear of the house. Based on these kinds of wishes, the floor plan and the facade layout can be perfectly coordinated. There are also several layouts possible on the first floor. Consider, for example, an extra (bed) room or a fixed staircase to the attic. Tip: measure the surfaces in your current home and determine whether you want more or less space in the future.”
Is there a surcharge for a different layout?
“All our homes have a basic layout that is included in the total price as standard. Want to scroll with existing elements to create a different layout? Then this costs nothing extra. But do you want to add elements to the basic layout, such as an extra window frame, inner door, inner wall or outer door? Then take into account an additional price. Do you want your layout? No problem; we are happy to make a personal offer.”
